About: Pok is an original part of Team Diamond and helped us to build the gym in 2011. Pok is Mon’s cousin and has been looked after by Mon since he was a young boy. Relatively new to Muay Thai, Pok started fighting at 16 years of age on Koh Phangan. Since then he has gone on to defeat a lot of experienced fighters with his fast kicks and ‘never say die’ attitude. Pok is great with beginners and less experienced students, offering useful tips and advice on the Muay Thai basics. Pok is very enthusiastic and lively around the camp, loves spending time with students exploring Koh Phangan and is a big fan of taking selfie pictures!
